Banned for nothing. (yet again.)

Its been my 2nd time of getting banned for vpn even after doing absolutely nothing. I didnt even stay so active since last week. No software like VPN or proxy on my pc after the recent act in my country which caused my one and only vpn service provider to leave aswell.
Still.... the server bans me for VPN. I contacted Jalla, but its been my second day without any response. I dont wanna get banned for ban evading, but im pretty much trying to stay on contest list.
I didnt even use mobile data this time.
I discussed this same problem with admin Jalla last time and he said that my ip seemed fine, also my ip is static as i demanded my isp for it.

But its literally the same ip which jalla accepted.
I did nothing, like really. No one plays samp from my pc, not even in my entire colony. Like how can this be possible in such a case?

A question, will i be able to play on FiveM servers without worrying about a longer ban for ban evading or i have to wait?

Each day you logged in for the past 7 days, it was with a different IP address. Sometimes even with two different IPs a day. If you really are paying additional fees for a static IP, I feel like you should have a word with your ISP.
The IP you've posted in admin tags is fine - it is not blocked on our servers. However, that is not the IP you've connected with on 11/11 which caused this ban. I will look into the reason why that IP is blocked. In the meantime, please do not join any of our servers.

Can you give me a rough idea about the time on that date? because, I haven't really played a lot except for the time when i did accidentally connect to the server while trying to join a different one.
Im not sure either. like, i have tried to contact my isp several times regarding this problem. rapid packet drops, total connection cutout when trying to connect to an European site.
Even when i tried to email them, there wasnt really a reply. I tried to call the customer support myself, but i was told that i am being given all the perks i paid for. static ip, and the data speed i requested.
My mobile sure was connected to my pc at some points. If possible, can i get a dm from you with the ips i used while all the connections?

You were banned when you joined server at 11.11.2022 04:34.
Unfortunately you surely aren't. You have to fix this issue by yourself.

I was at my home that time, using my router.... ( if its 4:34pm.)
I will just try to contact them again if they listen. otherwise, leaves me no choice but to just wait till the unban happens. Will just ask for a refund from the isp too.

after discussing this matter with niCe, we've come to a conclusion that this IP does no longer have to be blocked for security reasons. I've also unblocked your access to the server.
