First, moderator Shaun already told him that his ip range is banned.
Second, you are old player and you are suggesting him to use programs to change ip?? It is totally forbidden...

What JoKeRz is saying is that using a program like a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to change your IP is forbidden and will result in an auto ban.

My suggestion would be to message lead manager niCe and ask to be unbanned , if not, maybe buy an unban from the shop?
