Allow people who are perm banned for more than a year to buy unban :D

I was never banned for harassment/constant Dm, check the Logs or whatever. And i know other Players with the same amout of Bans and they re playing right now. Just give me 1 more Chance and i swear to God that i wont break any Rule. I will stop Deathmatch too. I just want to play GTA SA Online and this is the best Server ive ever seen.. Just 1 more Chance and you will see that im changed.

I had the same Problem :P You need to deinstall SAMP + GTA after that you have to clean your Registry with an Programm like CCleaner or something. If you have done that you just need to install SAMP + GTA again and it will work. :)

Szyszka told me 3 Months ago that im Perm Banned. So i got banned 3 Months ago WITHOUT A REASON.
My ban Reason was "stucking Players in Ammunation", thats right i attacked someone with Chainsaw in Ammuation only for about 10-20 Seconds i know that it wasnt Fair BUT everyone else who did that for much longer have got an 5 Minut Kick and i got n Ban with Account deletion without any warns before.
So please Unban me. If you want i can pay also for it. But it isnt fair that im banned with Account Deletion and everyone else got only an 5 Minut Kick.
Im banned for 3 Months now, thats punishment enough for nothing..
Give me a last chance, my Ban was for nothing.. without a right Reason cleary not fair ;(
