That no reload cheat can be used by any player because of samp sync.
I don't wanna teach you how to do it, but if you know please do not use it, sometimes player see you doing that they will tell admins that you cheat but you didn't.

if was that glitch it wasnt taking any damage , and he's AleXx's friend , and AleXx got ban for no reload , so maybe AleXx gave him the cheat
