Can players that activated the witness protection be assigned as assassination targets? If yes, will the assassin be fined after the kill?

There's something wrong with the target marking algorith in assassination contracts. It marks like only half of gang members and police officers. Yes, I do have in mind that it doesn't mark players recently killed. //Aman : new players with very less gaming time are not marked as targets. So it's not a bug

Mental state should affect deathmatching kick length i.e. the higher the mental state, the longer the kick

Wow, I'm surprised that the server still has players because you know... everyone's game crashes daily. I'm poretty sure its not the crashed what you got banned for.

Killing players with bounty while being on an assassination contract should not count towards deathmatching

I presented my solution of similar problems a while ago to a player also having those trouble. Unfortunately a mod locked the thread straight away and I was unable to post it, so I told him in private messages. The method worked, but the moderator refused to reopen the thread so I could post it.
After opening the game and logging in to the server, minimize your game, go to Ctrl+Shift+Esc menu on your desktop, kill the process run32dll and you should be good to go.
After some kind of windows update for some reason running a 32bit game on a 64bit system takes 100% of CPU power...

Since CEOs earn much money now, killing them while they are doing challenges should earn more money too, 20k isn't much compared to the reward that they're getting

I've experienced being randomly teleported twice today around time 22:30

At that time there were 2 announced restarts, and one unannounced. The server did not roll back in time, so how were you supposed to lose all that money?

Weirdest bug just happened. I logged in, minimised the game, then maximised it and after few seconds i was teleported to a random place (near ballas HQ) and changed skins with another player. After a second I was teleported back. After a few seconds it happened again, I was teleported to another place and traded skins with another dude. I got kicked for cheats (teleporting probably)

By checking the "What is completed" list I assume that a piece of good work has been done. Must have been challenging code-wise. Hope now features won't introduce crashes etc. Keep it up

Since admins deal now with spawnkilling, remove mechanics like spawning in other hospital when getting spawnkilled.

Due to recent cogress changes. It would be nice and very useful if there would be an information about what is the expected budget in 6 hours if the taxes, expenses and bonuses won't change. By that I mean some kind of a prediction. It might be hard to implement, but it would make new work of congressmen (who most of them are morons, thats why sales tax is almost always 20% and theres 20+M in the budget) way easier
